Route information

This flat, tarmac route is a lapped course that takes runners within Regent’s Park alongside the iconic London Zoo, giving the perfect opportunity to spot camels, giraffes, and maybe even some big cats. 5k runners will do 1 lap of the park and 10k runners will take on 3 laps. Embrace the summer sun as you race towards your next PB.
After all, that excitement, the tranquil boating lake and floral gardens will certainly get you back into the steady drum of running as you complete three laps of the course.

Parking

There are car parking facilities available but it is recommended.

By Train

The Tube stations closest to Regent’s Park are:
Regent’s Park (Bakerloo line)
Great Portland Street (Hammersmith & City, Circle & Metropolitan lines)
Baker Street (Hammersmith & City, Circle, Jubilee, Metropolitan & Bakerloo lines)
St John’s Wood (Jubilee line)
Camden Town (Northern line)

EVent DAY LOgISTICS

Baggage

We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.

Toilets/Changing

There are Park toilet facilities next to the Espresso Bar near to the event village which will be utilised for the event.

Refreshments

There will be water provided on every lap of the race, and there will also be water available at the finish. We have also ordered some flapjacks and goodies for when you finish.

During the race

We will have marshals all around the course as well as km signs and arrows. The course is on the roads/paths in the park and will be 1 lap 5k and 2 laps 10k. Please be aware that there will be spectators and members of the public using the park.

Spectators

In terms of spectating, this park could literally not be any better, the fields are open and every area of the park is accessible to see people running round.

Results

Results will be available on www.runthrough.co.uk after the race.

Pictures

We will have a photographer taking a few snaps of the race and they will be on our photos website after the race so be sure to check it out and see if you can spot yourself.

Things to note!

There WILL be pedestrians, please be aware of pedestrians, cyclists and dogs. We have marshals around the course and signs but this is not a road race, you have to pay very close attention to where you are going. We recommend you do not use earphones and you need to pay close attention to everything around you.
